Vacancies - Veterinary

01/09/2020: Small Animal Vet
We are looking for an experienced small animal vet to join our team.  The post is full-time (4 days per week - but part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate).

We offer a varied case load and plenty of opportunities to develop own areas of interest.  As an
independant first opinion practice with a loyal client base and a strong small animal team that works well together, this is a good opportunity to either consolidate your skills or take the next step in your career.

Consults are by appointment,  daily surgeries for routine neuterings, soft-tisue surgery, emergency medicine, in our two operating theatres. This is backed up by digital x-ray, ultrasound and internal lab facilities and a fantastic support team of RVNs and small animal receptionists.  We continue to maintain RCVS Practice Standards accreditation across the small animal, farm and equine sides of the business. Our emergency out of hours service is covered by a local dedicated provider, but we continue to care for in-patiens when required.

Experience is essential, (ideally 2years in a small animal setting) but it is equally important that you are a team player and can share your ideas and experience with your colleagues.  The small animal department of the practice continues to grow and provides a stimulating and active environment for both new graduates and experienced vets to thrive.

Salary and package based on experience and includes a CPD allowance, indemnity insurance and encouragement to gain certificates.

If you are interested in joining us please telephone 07852 361028 to speak directly to Shirley Price-Jones, Practice Manager or email her at spj@tysulvets.co.uk
