We are looking to increase our large animal reception team with someone with a strong farm background and proven communication skills.

We are looking to increase our large animal reception team with someone with a strong farm background and proven communication skills.
The role includes
- ensuring the telephone is answered promptly and efficiently
- Maximising the efficiency of the vets by making diary appointments
- Dealing with emergency phone calls
- Taking payments from clients over the phone and in person
Key skills are; Welsh speaker or learner, GCSEs in Maths and English, Microsoft Office experience, team player, attention to detail.
Hours are flexible but likely to be 2. 5 to 3 days per week (Mon, Thurs, Friday) between the hours of 8.30-5.00 pm and also a Saturday morning rota of 8.45 to 12.15.

Small Animal (Pets) Receptionist (Full-time but Part-time considered)
We are looking to increase our small animal reception team with someone with excellent communication skills and a love of pets.
The role includes
Key skills are; Welsh speaker or learner preferred, GCSEs in Maths and English, Microsoft Office experience, team player, attention to detail and overall a confident communicator with a good understanding of customer service.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5 pm (one late night to 6 pm) and also a Saturday morning rota of 8.45 to 1.15pm A part-time post will be considered for the right applicant.

- Other responisbilities will vary from taking requests for repeat medication, filing, generating vaccine reminders, stock control, liasing with the small animal team of vets and nurses.
